aloo matar recipe | aloo matar ki sabji |  aloo matar | aloo matar recipe In this video, I am sharing recipe of aloo matar curry (aloo matar ki sabji). This is very quick and easy recipe. This curry you can make instantly and does not required any per-preparation. 

ingredients to make sabzi:
2 big size chopped & boiled potatoes,
1/2 cup boiled green peas,
2 tbsp oil,
1 tbsp ghee,
1 dry red chilly,
1/2 tsp Ginger & garlic paste,
2 medium size Chrushed onion,
1 big size chrushed tomato,
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder,
1 tsp red chilly powder,
1/2 tsp Garam masala,
1/2 tsp coriander & Cumin seed powder,
salt,
1/4 tsp dry Fenugreek leaves or kasuri methi,
coriander leaves,
1 tsp lemon juice,
1/4 cup+ 2-3 tbsp water,
