After a gluttonous last few days of eating, I wanted to go for something lighter and that's when poki came to mind. I tried the delicious Poki Bowl from Pokicraft in Downtown Fullerton, California.

I got a medium bowl ($8.95) which comes with three scoops of fish. I opted for salmon, octopus and scallops. I got it on white rice (sushi grade) with all the fixings: avocado, crab meat, wasabi, ginger, edamame, sesame seeds, etc.
