Denver Police and Public Works have been notifying those living in homeless camps outside of the downtown shelters that they need to clear out for a second time. Anything left behind will be collected and stored for thirty days for retrieval. Mayor Hancock explains the decision to 9NEWS reporter Ryan Haarer.
