Benjamin Romans-Hopcraft offers Diamond Supply Co. a glimpse into the musical world he inhabits with his band Childhood, which includes Leo Dobsen, Thomas Fiquet, Max Fantis, and Jonny Williams. Self-described as soulful rock n’ roll, the five-piece possesses a style that is at home on both sides of the Atlantic – with lyrics that reflect life in London and a sound that is distinctly Californian.

Recently, Romans-Hopcraft discovered an interest in country music and found himself pleasantly “shocked” at the depths of Johnny Cash’s lyrics, who wrote openly about the cultural injustices of his own time. With such topics at the heart of Childhood’s own music, it’s the reason why the band has chosen to cover Cash’s “Man In Black” for Diamond’s collaboration with the music icon.

Childhood’s cover will be performed live at an exclusive event in London and will be available to watch online later this month. Stay tuned…

The DIAMONDxJOHNNYCASH limited edition collection will drop worldwide on February 23rd on www.diamondsupplyco.com
