Johannesburg, February 20 - Independent researcher Lisa Vetten says the rape outrage in South Africa is mostly in response to baby rapes or rapes against elderly, and not towards rapes of young women. Vetten says she agrees with Professor Pierre de Vos's opinion, published in the Daily Maverick, that adding to the noise of rape protests and signing petitions will not do much to stop the scourge of rape in South Africa.
