Cindy Sellers joined us to talk about colonics and colon hydrotherapy. It was interesting, she made a distinction between colonics and colon hydrotherapy during the show.

We talked about why colon hydrotherapy is so necessary to detoxify and cleanse the body of toxins, chemicals and poisons that live in our fat cells and can cause disease.

We also discussed coffee enemas (and whether coffee enemas are healthy or not) and eating processed oils like coconut oils, butter, ghee, olive oils etc.

She says oils are not healthy and people should consume them because oils are not healthy.
