These are the fountains of Peter the Great's Summer Palace at Peterhof. They like to use a lot of gold (paint?) in the huge palace. The gardens and 18th century fountains are wonderful. There is a hydrofoil across the Gulf of Finland to St. Petersburg, Russia.
