Telling her story to give one case which is not unique in a sense, but sheds light on a humanitarian crisis touching millions of lives, a crisis the like of which the world hasn't seen like since WWII.

Sara Hlaibeih was born and raised in the Syrian Mediterranean coastal city of Latakia 'Al-Lazkiye', home of the first alphabet in humanity. After studying literary baccalaureate, she graduated from Tishreen University, the department of English Literature. Started an early teaching career and has been teaching English for eight years. Since her childhood, she developed a passion and curiosity towards languages and linguistics of which she hopes to build a better understanding for through traveling and mingling with other cultures. Dreams of a day when all humans will have equal opportunities.
