Amtrak Train 290, the Ethan Allan Express from Rutland, Vermont to New York-Penn Station, makes some noise as it passes Work Extra 543, a ballast train left to the charges of GP8 543 with 10 loaded ballast cars.  290 consists of Genesis P32ACDM 703 and 4 Amfleet I coaches and an Amfleet I cafe car.
