Gov’t begins distribution of first batch of fuel subsidy cards

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board has begun issuing the first batch of fuel subsidy cards to public utility jeepney operators in Metro Manila. But according to the Department of Energy, the cards may only be accepted in few gasoline stations for now. Mon Jocson explains why in this report.
