Low Solar SEC & scope shots

This shows a SEC being powered by low level solar energy. A computer oscilloscope is used to show the SEC running. A second SEC with 48 white leds is also shown powering the first one using the small 2 watt solar panel. The panel not only produces electricity from the led light hitting it but from the energy all around the SEC. The video was made at 6pm with the sun setting on the opposite side of the house. The light was reflecting off the hills in the background.
