At 39-point-6 degrees celsius. New national all-time high is set with the eastern part of the country hitting the big 4-0. But it's not the worst this Summer has to offer. The mercury will continue to rise. Today, Seoul recorded the highest temperature the city's seen in its modern history -- 39.6 degrees Celsius. This extreme weather is expected to continue until Friday.
