10/25/2009 Notice!! I am in no way a certified camera repair technician, or any other certified anything. Basically, everything I do is trial and error based on symptoms of the problems. I abuse my poor Canon PowerShot SD770IS Digital Still camera.. But it's held up to everything I've put it through, and I love it. That said, I had the pleasure to use someone elses camera today, and this one decided it wanted to be free of my pocket and take a dive to the floor.. Much to the demise of the function switch, which dislodged itself. Easy fix, and I just felt like playing with my other camera for a couple minutes too, as it's rather neglected and quite unused.
