Tony is a leader and entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience in real estate. During his career he has led several teams and trained many in sales and management.

As a seasoned leader, he works with many leaders to take them further, faster by helping people to realise and embrace transformation for themselves.

Named by inc.com as one of 100 great leadership speakers; Tony also serves on The President Advisory Council for The John Maxwell Team, which has around 4,000 coaches and trainers across the world, as well as being a trainer for The National Association of Estate Agents.

For many years he has had the opportunity to speak in various locations around the world. Tony also enjoys writing and his own blog (KeepThinkingBig.com) now has an audience from over 100 countries.

Tony has recently launched the Woking Leadership Academy and his company ‘Keep Thinking Big’, offers a great resource and structure on how to enjoy greater influence, impact and income.
