Seen here from his perspective, Honcho's probably waiting to boost himself into me once he figures I'm over the speed limit, while Rinzler fired reverberating cascade torpedoes that kill the shield generator. I wasn't quick enough to process the missile warning and what it probably meant so was a moment too late on that boost button, perhaps I could have dodged the torps. In any case, all that was left to do was silent running, popping a heat sink and boosting the hell outta there. I think the SDC bois didn't expect a Python to be able to outrun an unengineered Eagle with 3A thrusters by this much. The best part is that I had report crimes off and Rinzler could have gotten away with firing at me if only a couple of his torpedoes didn't miss me and hit the station instead, which promptly opened up on him. Frankly, I was surprised I got out of this one alive since my shields popped right off. All in all, a good Sunday's fun. o7 to the CMDRs involved.
