In a major setback to Lt Col Purohit and Sadhvi Pragya and other accused in the Malegaon blast case, a Mumbai sessions court has filed charges against all the 7 accused in the case. All the accused have been charged with terror conspiracy, murder, unlawful possession of explosives and weapons and promotion of enmity between groups. However, all the accused have denied charges against them. Sadhvi Pragya claimed that it was a UPA conspiracy against her. Lt Col Purohit said that he will move Supreme Court challenging the Mumbai court decision.
