Trying to determine the source of vibration at spool up... It was either going to be the feathering spindle or the main shaft... Turned out to be the spindle.. Swapped out and corrected. As you can see by the crouched stance, the forward landing gear strut is bent.. The jerk (Scott Ferrozzo) who shipped this heli to me in a slapped together make-shift crate, didn't even tie the helicopter down... He simply put it in there with a old car cover around it.. Idiot! After much work and delay it is almost time for a good maiden flight.. Parts on the way to bring it fully up to spec..
