At NRS, we shoot all our product and how-to videos in house, right here in and around the warehouse where folks are manufacturing, receiving, picking and packing orders -- and making lots of noise! Our spokespersons are from sales, repairs and marketing. They're NOT professional actors! Our ace videographer, Darren Kellogg, does take-after-take and much editing to get the professional-looking finished videos you see. This video contains some of the funny bloopers, flubs, brain freezes and cut ups that Darren has captured and rejected. Enjoy!
