Luxembourg: Europe divided over Guantanamo inmates

Justice Ministers of the 27 member states of the European Union on Monday failed to agree on how to take in some of the 245 inmates from the notorious US Guantanamo Bay prison on Cuba. The Czech Republic, Austria and Germany are reluctant, while France agreed to accept one prisoner, likely an Algerian inmate.
