I took my 6-inch quadcopter powered by 6s batteries out for a flight on a recent cloudy/gloomy, but beautiful day. I managed to fly entire batteries (multiple!) without crashing or ruining anybody's day at the park! Of all the things I'm impressed with is the efficiency of the low-kV motors and 6-inch propellers that I purchased for this quadcopter. I can't believe that I'm carrying a GoPro and getting 9-minutes of flight time out of a 6s 1000mAh battery! The park was still pretty moist from all of the rain in February and it was pretty crowded, so I was forced to keep it mostly close to our area and lacked the wide-open spaces to feel comfortable enough to do anything too wild and crazy.
