You maybe heard about blender, that crazy very complicated to use software. This is how hard it is to make a simple building in it! ;-) To become a bit more serious. You can see here how you can quickly make simple objects using the 3d modelling suite blender (https://www.blender.org/) for example for usage with games, game engines but also for simple renderings inside blender. This is by no means a complete tutorial about 3d modeling and texturing in general and not about all the great features blender offers you. While the method shown are not the most efficient ones including to some extent the performance you might gain in your 3D environment it can be enough for simple objects which is what you maybe just want for now. I hope this shows how to deal with some prejudice about this software and gives you a practical approach for your very first steps before you maybe want to watch some of the great more detailed tutorials on YouTube! By the way: I feel like I should mention that the textures I used for this demonstration were from https://www.textures.com/. Since I received complains about the sarcastic tone which I chose for entertaining purposes in this video and I see how it could feel insulting to some in certain circumstances, I feel really sorry if that's the case, but I hope you can accept that this was in no way my intention and respect that this really was just entertaining for the majority.
