This police department fired upon civilians two women and have never owned up to it. 
this type of wreck less behavior has got to stop! Where is the so-called justice in this land?
The Devil is truly ruling in this country which has an allusion of freedom.  Nothing but Conspiracy Facts here. There are some very serious institutional problems in this department. 

The department of San Bernardino was in on this as well. 
I am waiting to see if our government will move against these departments. 

As a country we are in a very serious decline!
