[ONE] on Firetree Horde US is recruiting heroic ready damage dealers, especially ones with viable Healing off specs. We have raided as a guild since before ICC was out and have done so in this time with only two raid nights: Tuesday and Wednesday. 
Invites for raid are at 630EST, First pull is 7 EST and last pull is 11 EST. Over the years, our focus has always been an atmosphere of family and socialization. Many of our members do things together beyond the game and even in real life. 
We are currently looking for players who are able to make the raid times with 100 percent certainty that can come for heroic clears and rotate for spots in Mythic. Initially, you will show you deserve your spot and if you put in the time, you will have a guaranteed weekly spot in Mythic.
We like to keep a small roster so everyone feels engaged, so if you join you will be one of 22~ players.
