Hurricane Michael could be a Category 3 storm when it hits the US

Michael, which spun up in the Atlantic, is currently grazing Cuba and Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. Forecasters expect it to hit Florida’s northern Gulf Coast by late Wednesday. The NHC says Michael could be Category 3 or higher by then, with winds in excess of 110 miles per hour.
