Kolkata's one of the most favourite Singara or Samosa recipe 

ingredients : 
all purpose flour / maids 1/2 cup
salt 1/4 tsp
sugsar powder 1/4 tsp
white oil 3 tbs 
chilled water 

for stuffing 

boiled potato 3 medium
bengali 5 spice / 5 foron 2 tsp
whole dry red chilli 
ginger green chilli paste
peanut 
salt as per taste 
sugar as per taste 
turmeric 1 pinch
 white oil for frying
