Here's some video of Canadian Pacific train #270 descending the Rutledge Hill on the edge of Ottumwa, Iowa. This train is on CP's Dakota, Minnesota and Eastern (DM&E) Ottumwa Subdivision, and is only a couple miles from the division point on the other side of town. I filmed this train on the sixth annual National Train Day (www.nationaltrainday.com), and each year I've watched trains in the Ottumwa area. Leading this freight is Canadian Pacific #8831 (ES44AC), #9805 (AC4400CW), and JLCX #3501, a GP35.
