Early 1960s educational film about basic clay pot making by throwing on wheel, probably at Ham.

Cloe up of a man at a pottery wheel, spinning a ball of clay. Close up on his hands moulding the material. Close up off his foot on the pedal to control the speed. Close up back on the wet pot as he starts to mould it vertically with his thumb inside. Close up of the man's face concentrating. He picks up a tool from a row layed out nearby. Various shots of him using different tools to add detail onto the shape and surface of the pot. The wheel stops. Using a wire he carefully separates the pot from the wheel then lifts it up onto a wooden board.
Shot of plaster moulds nearby. A new ball of clay is slug onto the wheel and made wet with water. Close up of the mans hands as he dips them quickly in a large bowl of water.
