Il trio Jazz siciliano Urban Fabula si offre di darci alcune lezioni di Armonia, l'arte di combinare suoni per dar vita alla Musica. The Sicilian Jazz Trio Urban Fabula gives us lessons about Harmony, the art of combining sounds to give them life. In this funny, entertaining performances, they play one of their songs, and re-interpret standards in different styles, to unleash the incredible palette of feelings and moods hidden in music. Urban Fabula is a project arising from the meeting of three young Sicilian musicians: Seby Burgio on piano, Alberto Fidone on double bass and Peppe Tringali on drums. Their first record, “Urban Fabula”, released by Abeat Records, presents original compositions mainly arranged for “six hands”. The trio is intended to be a synthesis rather than just the sum of three individuals, in which each performer makes his own contribution in the pursuit of that synergy which drives and enhances the group. The exuberant and richly innovative playing of the twenty-four-year-old pianist, and the solidity of a fluid and ever unpredictable rhythmic section, are outstanding . This is the culmination of more than ten years of collaboration. The trio has reached the finals at the European Jazz Contest and won several prizes.
