Bryant Avenue Apartments was in severe disrepair with two of the three buildings identified on the New York's most distressed multifamily assets list through Housing Preservaton and Development's Alternative Enforcement Program. The buildings had over 1,000 violations listed.

Today Bryant Avenue Apartments is completely renovated with 99 rental units with their long-term affordability preserved.
