Understanding Jealous -Learn from the leader, V.Nandhakumar IRS - Red Pix 24 x 7 V.Nandakumar. IRS Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax, Chennai He hails from a poor family. He is unable to continue formal school education after 6th standard.But his thirst for education made him to study privately. He completed hisgraduation in English Literature in Dr. Ambedkar Govt. Arts College. With his continuous hard efforts he was selected as Deputy Collector. Finally he got I.R.S too. Even though he is busy with his schedule he is motivating the students in rural remote villages who are appearing for 10th and 12th exams through 'Jeyithu Kaatuvom' organized by Dinamalar daily newspaper. He has written articles in Dinamalar Newspaper on weekly basis for more than a year related to UPSC/TNPSC preparations.
