Goa government has contended before High Court that it will make all the efforts to curtail time period between financial bid and financial approval to expedite process of implementation of digital meters in tourist taxis in the state. Goa government also submitted a communication from International Centre for Automotive Technology, in which ICAT has stated that it will take about 1 to 2 months to test all the sample Digital meters sent by Goa Transport Department.
