Do you remember the 1st September 2013 from 11:20 in the morning at Silverstone?... Scott Redding on the Marc VDS Moto2 race bike in the MotoGP support class rode out to victory on a Union Flag emblazoned bike in front of 50,000-70,000 fans (I don't know exactly how many were watching as many were queuing outside still but the stands were very full!)

Scott Redding made modern British Motorcycling Racing history being the only British Racer in decades to win his home Grand Prix in the premier motorcycling race classes. In 2008 Scott became the youngest ever rider to win a MotoGP race when he won the 125 GP at Doninigton Park race circuit. Now he has doubled up that tally with a Moto2 win this year (2013) at Silverstone in front of a packed crowd as he extended his lead in the Moto2 championship with his historic second home Grand Prix win. Next year (2014) Scott moves up to MotoGP in the GO&FUN Honda Gresini team.
