Sen. Mike Gronstal says he's not afraid of vetoes, but he says if Gov. Branstad is true to his word about wanting to work with the legislature, the governor should sign bills passed through a compromise between Democrats and Republicans in the House and Senate. Rep. Kraig Paulsen says he doesn't hope the governor will veto items.
