But how did the manufacturer achieve such outstanding results? With decades of successful experience in spark plug engineering and development, the principals of E3 arrived at a decision that the key to producing a better quality spark plug did not lie in the use of superior grade materials, such as platinum or iridium. Instead, they discovered an efficient new approach to the design of the spark plug's electrode to allow for improved ignition of raw fuel inside the engine's combustion chamber. What they did was get rid of that aged J-wire electrode. As an alternative, the E3 top engineers have developed the DiamondFire electrode as a more effective way to ignite the fuel-air mixture inside the cylinder.
