This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Fashion has become more than just a passion for Tyas. Through her talk, she walk us through the story about her concern about the value of Indonesian ethnic design and how curiosity finally drives her to create a locally-made shoe brand that focus on Batik empowerment.

Tyas is Most Outstanding Student of ITS in 2012. She was a student at Visual Communication Design and now the CEO of Klastik Footwear, a locally-made shoe brand that focusing on the empowerment of Batik fabric.
