Joe Askins of YoChicago.com and NewHomeNotebook.com spent the afternoon of Jan. 31, 2009, touring CMK Companies' 1720 South Michigan, a 33-story condo high-rise in Chicago's South Loop. The third and fourth units he visited were a 27th-floor two-bedroom / two-bath with views to the west, south and southeast, and a 33rd-floor one-bedroom penthouse with views to the north, west and south. Homes at 1720 South Michigan start in the $190s for a one-bedroom condo, the $240s for a two-bedroom, and the $370s for a three-bedroom.
