August 7-13, 2011 Video Capture of Moon Phases in the sky to share with others :) Video weather August 7-13, 2011: Temperatures between 74.5-80.0 degrees with heat indexes upwards to 114, Humidity upwards to 99%, oh so muggy, lots of mosquitoes, crickets, frogs, mild winds, 0.00 rain, 30-40 % cloud covers. Prior to video capture - severe storm warnings, gusty winds, heavy thunder and lightening, and heavy rain. Moonrises were in the East between approximately 4 PM EDT- 8PM EDT. Moonsets were in the West between approximately 1:30 AM EDT - 6:40 AM EDT. Sunrises were in the East between approximately 6:43-6:46 AM EDT and Sunsets in the West between approximately 8:13 - 8:10 PM EDT. The days are getting shorter.
