Carrots 
Parsnips 
Sweet potatoes 
beetroot that may also be known as sugar beets. 
and Vegetable oil 

Equipment you will need: 

A peeler, knife, pan, frying basket and some kitchen roll. 

Method: 
Wash, Peel, Chop, Fry.
