Congress has filed complaint against Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar and former Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar for illegally renewing mining leases in 2014-15. Congress delegation has filed the complaint with DGP at Head Quarters-Panaji. They have warned to take to street if the complaint is not registered within 5 days. Congress has planned to send another notice to Speaker for rejecting their earlier notice without calling house.
