I got a lot of requests last week for the vertical compliment to the mixed transition CAPs I was playing with--here are two variants. One in same-time same direction and one in same-time opposites. Regrettably they're not terribly clean yet, but I'm working on it. In other news: I'm crowd sourcing a class at Firedrums. If you're going, I'd love to get some feedback on what you guys would like to learn there. Drop your suggestions in the comment box and I'll see what I can do about putting together a class on them.
