Part 4 (of 7) of a 26.2 mile (42.2 km) official Marathon length virtual run in 8 hours at speeds of 4 to 7.2 mph (6.4 to 11.5 km/h). Part 1 is of Austria's Mittagskogel Trail up to the Berta Huette (4.6 miles in 1 hour 13 minutes). Part 2 is from the Berta Huette to the summit of Mittagskogel (2.9 miles in 1 hour 3 minutes). Part 3 and part 4 (this one) are of Zion's Observation Point Trail up and down (8 miles). Part 5, 6 & 7 are of California's Sierra Nevada 14,496ft (4418m) Mt.
