SPOILERS BELOW: 

The main puzzle mechanic is to use two spiny shellmets to move the P-switch to the bottom. Since the spiny shellmet comes out of a pipe, you get an extra shellmet when you reset through a door. At the end, you have to destroy a helmet through a corner while wearing a spiny shellmet in order to get another spiny to activate the POW.
