Fuji X-T3 banding vs Sony A7RIII banding

Both are great cameras.  But what about banding?  My living room has notoriously difficult light for cameras, and most cameras exhibit banding under these lights.  I am comparing the new Fuji X-T3 vs my Sony A7RIII for banding. 

EDIT:  It was suggested to me by some commenting to go to 1/60 and 1/125 to see if it fixed the banding issue.   While doing this won't help me shoot my child who is always running and jumping - I had to bribe him to sit still for 3 minutes for this video, so 1/250 is the absolute lowest I need to be to have a chance of freezing him (and often up to 1/500) -  I did try 1/125 and 1/60.     Please see the results in flickr album linked below.  Bottom line is: going to 1/125 helped with Fuji.   going to 1/125 did not help Sony A7RIII. 

Also, those of you who suggested the antiflicker feature, neither camera does antiflicker with electronic shutter, it is only available with mechanical shutter.

I was using Fuji 56/1.2 on Fuji and Sony 85/1.4 on Sony to keep it kind of even.  However Lightroom still does not open Fuji raw files, so I shot Fuji Jpegs but I shot Sony Raw, that explains the difference in white balance.    Unfortunately I don't have Sony A9 on hand anymore to compare to these two.
