1 Folder
3 Popsicle Sticks
6 Rubber Bands
8  Paperclips
1 Straw
Tape, Glue Unlimited Amount

I didn't use any popsicle sticks, just the following components
-
Cardboard (I assume that is what the Folder would be made from)
6 Rubber Bands
8  Paperclips
1 Straw
Hot Glue
