Why have we as a society failed to bridge the last gaps of gender inequality in the workplace ? What role does women's personal accountability play in this situation ?

Barbara Teicher argues that women who defy the odds and act outside the box perform outstandingly when they find accepting corporate cultures. But too many women hide their true personalities at work, fearing they would be considered inappropriate. This needs to change ! In this talk, the speaker explores the cultural boundaries that women put on their true selves, and how breaking them could bring the disruption companies desperately need in these changing times. So stop being yourself !
