Tim came to me at 263 lbs , 5'9" and 41 years old.  He had actually started working out before he came to me and dropped 12 lbs on his own, Since Dec 2009 - June 2010 Tim droped 63 lbs.  He had many health issues including type 2 diabeties, high bllod pressure, high cholesterol, Tim was taking meds for all of these issues.  Post transformation he is at 212 lbs and off all his medications.. Amazing story
