Clips I took of Toby's Creek in Luzerne, traffic on Main Street, and the Susquehanna River in Wilkes-Barre (from the Kingston side of the levee) on September 7 & 8, 2011. I have a "slideshow" of pictures at the end of this video (at about 14:50) if you would just like to skip to that, since I know that this is a very long video.
