As the coldest days of the Florida winter ripped through the peninsula,  thousands of the countries fastest cars gathered. Home for the event, Jumbolair Private Fly-In Community, is home to John Travolta and many other super-rich alike. A quick 4-hour trip from our home in Coral Springs, we arrived early to survey the situation. Packed in the Avid Motorsports trailer, we totted not only the Porsche 996 GT2, we also brought our new Golf R + the Audi S4. 

The first morning came with high-winds and bitterly cold temperatures. The weather affected most of the cars, as traction is key for events like this. The weather warmed up as the day rolled through and so did the racers. Pass after pass, the USP Porsche 996 GT2 slowly increased its 1/2 mile trap speed. Posting trap speeds of anywhere between 175mph-185mph.

Overall, we enjoyed the event and loved to connect faces to names, as we were greeted with customers and USP fans alike. We thank the wannaGOFAST team for the great event and the teams from across the country that came out.
