This boss only starts becoming a pain when you get to the second phase, due to the layout of the battle area. The good news is you don't have to worry about the Crush Dash as he does not do it in this area. Also during the first phase, he usually does two moves before using the dash attack, and will aim the Flash Bomb at the wall only when you're right against it. Other than that it's either multiple grenades or a Flash Bomb to the floor which causes no debris. The kill shot I got was pure luck, in case you're wondering.
