Freeze tag was played with one ball per player at the beginning of practice (topic of dribbling 1v0, or guida in Fiorentina nomenclature), dribbling a ball and either chasing or being chased. The warmup now requires all players to dribble two balls simultaneously while chasing or being chased. If they are tagged, they are supposed to hold their ball above their head until an untagged teammate touches them to 'unfreeze" them. Teams play against each other to see which can freeze everyone from the other team in the least amount of time (or a set amount of time if they can't get everyone frozen).
